We understand that occasionally you may wish to return a product(s) back to us. We have created a 28 day returns policy to give you the opportunity to send products back to us. Any orders returned with item(s) washed/damaged/used and/or tags removed will NOT be accepted and your return will be refused.
Our returns process is straightforward and easy. Simply complete our Returns Form here to submit your returns request. Upon completing the Returns Form we will check your details. If your returns request has been approved and you are eligible for a return, we will send you an email with instructions on how to package your parcel, along with our returns address. Please ship your parcel back to our Returns Hub. If your returns request does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will still notify you on the status of your order. Failing to complete our Returns Form will diminish your returns process and refund. It is imperative that you provide the correct order details when completing the form to successfully process your return.
TOP TIP: Save money by re-using our mailing bag for your returns as it comes with two self-adhesive strips!
It is the customers responsibility to adhere to any postage costs when returning parcels back to our Returns Hub. We advise that you use a tracked and/or recorded delivery service, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that do not reach us.
We also advise that you obtain a receipt when returning parcels back to us for your records. We may also require an image of your receipt in case something happens to your parcel.
